38 weeks and have been doing this vaginally every night. the smell is gagging to me. (pregnancy hormones lol). I poke a small hole in the capsule and insert as close to cervix as possible. It does leak out most of the time, but it’s not a big deal. The ingredients are super simple + natural, which I love in pregnancy! I was 50% effaced + 2cm dilated, used this for 4 days, and was 75% effaced + 3cm dilated! I did not take any orally, but they are gel caps, and based off the feeling of them, they should be easy to swallow. They are a larger size pill, so if you are planning to take it orally, be prepared for that. Quality is great. I feel like I sleep better after insertion, so that’s always a big plus!

It could be a coincidence or a combination of factors (I also took red raspberry leaf tea and ate dates daily) but this probably helped speed up my labor. I began with one pill orally since about 37 weeks and began vagina suppositories at 38 weeks about every other night. Started labor spontaneously at 40+1 with contractions already about 5 minutes apart. Water broke after 5 hours and baby was out within 16 hours. Prior to labor the nurses kept saying my cervix was soft and effaced even though I had not dilated yet.Even if it didn’t help with labor, these helped loosen my stool a little which was helpful in my third trimester.

Great quality and ingredients, easy to swallow. I use this in my pregnancy, about 37 weeks onward I take them daily in order to prime the cervix. I’ve had 5 children and never experienced any crazy wild labor stories, never spent more than 5 minutes in the pushing stage, so I’m satisfied with this product and feel that it works for what I use it for. Oh, and I’ve never once TORN and I attribute that to this product. I know several women who haven’t used my recommendation and they come out with horror stories “I tore from the front to the back!” Omg I can’t even imagine. So none of that for me thank you, yes please EPO!Others are mentioning energy, sleep and mood, when you’re in your last trimester of pregnancy, which is when I use these, to hell with all those things, so I can’t comment on that!

So, primrose oil is recommended to pair with fish oil for a more complete omega three oil range, so I take these daily. Oil capsules are always large, but these are smooth capsules and easy to swallow. These are reasonably priced, and I can put them on subscription list so I never run out
