It is very useful and the quality is very good.

Magnets allow them to move around.
Magnets are not strong enough to hold them for the purpose I need them for. They are used on a truing stand for bicycle wheels and even with both magnets being used they're still not strong enough. They are nice and bright though so if you don't mind them moving they are good at lighting the area you need them.

Very good product.
Being used to get cheaply designed and manufactured Chinese products, I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the design and manufacturing of that product. Most importantly it is very bright. It is also very well built with o-rings everywhere. Looks almost like a Maglite. The magnets are very powerful but I wish I had both magnets and a clip but. Battery life is not great. I still like it very much.

Nice bright light for machining
Strong magnet and a bright light! Very handy and perfect for my lathe.. the neck sometimes rotates itself out of position, but all in all I am happy with it
