High protien and yummy
An excellent way to get protien and is very filling. I love most of the flavors, not the mushroom, I give that to my friend but all the others. As long as you put boiling water, I do 6 or 7 ounces and stir it won't have any clumps. I've been buying these for over 2 years and really enjoy.

YUCKY SOUP
Yuck. Only had two flavors in the crushed box. Taste is unexpected, extremely grainy, weak on flavor and thin. While idea is great, high protein soup, this falls way short. Not worth gettingRECOMMEND, pass. Icky

Liked all the Flavors
This is great soups. Not only do they have a great taste but they are pretty easy to make too. You do have to be careful when making them though. If you use too hot of water, like boiling water, the soups will get grainy and it will have a horrible mouthfeel like you are eating sand in your soup. However, if the water is steaming or lukewarm the soup will turn out fine. These really do taste great and they fill you up too. I could only drink/eat about half a pack at a time after surgery but it was tasty and still eat it now months after surgery. Totally recommend this soup.

Not What I Expected.
Hello, perhaps it's too soon to write this review, since I have had only two of the soups so far..... The Chicken w Pasta was a simple chicken bullion with about a teaspoon of short little porous sticks, that did not resemble pasta. The Cream of Broccoli was watery and not much flavor with tiny green specks that was suppose to be broccoli. I could have made the Chicken/Pasta with a teaspoon of bullion in 8 oz of boiling water and a teaspoon of crushed Ramen. The Cream of Broccoli could have been made by pureeing a cup of Broccoli in 8 oz of chicken broth. Of course my examples did not take into account protein or calories, they're too low. I once, many years ago, fasted for 9 months with HMR, we only had chicken soup, chocolate and vanilla, they were thick, satisfying and delicious, If not, I couldn't have lasted for 9 months. I made the soups and added different spices for variety and did the same with the shakes, adding different flavors. In addition, I was also able to make cookies and crackers, by reducing the amount of water and dropping the "dough" on a cookie sheet and baking until done. They were convenient to bring along on trips. So, I think that BariWise needs to go back to the think tank and develop a product that's not only nutritious, but tasty and satisfying. Think about it! If this is all you have to eat, it should be the best it could be.I will gladly come back and update this review after I finish the other soups in the variety pack. Happy Dieting. Anna

Cream ofchicken, tomato and cream of broccoli
Purchased for surgical post-op meal progression. The cream of chicken is excellent. The tomato is also very good. The broccoli soup had a very strong broccoli flavor and many stems/chunks that had to be strained out. I recommend the chicken and tomato for full liquid post op diet.

Not very good
Not very good, they taste...dusty or old. I gave 2 stars because it is a decent amount of protein, but just not very good. Especially the mushroom. Maybe better with chicken broth or milk, I am not tempted to try.

Hot and tasty while still following plan.
Enjoy the mixture of flavors. Tomatoes and broccoli cheese my favorites.

Save your money
This is a pretty poor attempt at a decent soup for people on liquid diets. Just stick to the broths, this stuff costs too much to be this bad.
