I take one in the morning, one in the evening. I stopped taking all Ibuprofen and other blood pressure medications.After a long drive to surgery my blood pressure was 133/76. After surgery ( No antithesis) my blood pressure was 121/66. 10 injections into my spinal cord.

I've been having issues with blood pressure and severe headaches, desperately looked for something online as I do not want to go to the dr.. (still should), but for the time being this product definitely helps me feel better, especially when paired with superbeets. Highly recommend. This stuff is pricey, but works. I take them with magnesium.I keep a large stock of each.It works for me, have to say.

Need more instructions. Better to take am/pm or take all at once or half am half pm?

I am very happy with this product. Switched to it after the supplement that I was on was found to not be reccomended for longterm use. This one has kept my blood pressure stable and well within the acceptable range.

I have purchased so many supplements to keep my BP down to a healthy level and they just don’t work well. This one has kept my pressure consistently under 140 and usually under 135. Will continue to take it as long as needed.

There was a good buzz about this product, so, I decided to give it a shot, my BP is only slightly high and this seems to do the trick naturally for me.
