Vanity FairWomen's Illumination Full Figure Zoned-in Support Bra, Lightly Lined Cups Up to DD

I found this bra in the color black at a local department store and Loved It! The material was silky smooth on the inside so there is absolutely no scratchiness. I did the tape measuring before I went shopping to see what my current size should be and it came out to 40DD, however in this bra in black the 42C fit best so that's what I got. Since they only had just the one in my size, I came home, found them on Amazon and ordered 3 more in different colors in the 42C size. The navy blue one was made exactly and fit just like the black one, however the beige and white one were made with different material and fit differently. They had soft material on the inside, but not the satin material of the black and blue, and the molded cups were a bit thinner which made it dimple a little and not fit the same. I returned the beige and white and reordered in size 40C. The beige has arrived and I tried it on, it is same materials as one I returned. Since I had to order a size down it is a little bit more snug so my under arm fat is pushed up a little...it is comfortable though and I'm keeping this one. I don't know why they make the lighter bras differently than the darker ones, but I've got to say that after trying on "tons!" of bras at the department store, this is the most comfortable one I've found.

My review for this bra changed to excellent because it was for my mother and my aunt. I have become an expert in bra sizes, an avid Victoria's Secret shopper myself and having read all the books about choosing the right bras and such I have never really strayed from my usual. However, my mom thinks VS is too sexy for her so I came in search for a bra that would be right for her. I came across this one and was pleasantly surprised at the fit of it. My mom absolutely loved it, so much so that she showed her sister and then my aunt came by the house so I could measure her and order her one to try. In total I have since bought about 7 of these for them, that's how much they love them! I would recommend this for any lady who's looking for something comfortable, flattering, and soft.

I LOVE this bra. I have had three for over a year and just bought two more. I wear a 40C and like a lot of support from my bra, but don't want to wear a horse harness of a contraption either. This is a challenge as I am stocky and carry all of my weight through my torso. This puts a lot of strain on the bands and underwire, but the underwires and elastic look as good on the ones that are over a year old as the ones that just came in the mail, (and I machine wash mine!)My favorite feature is the soft yet structured side/band. The band elastic is encased in the fabric which helps prevent chafing. Instead of a plastic stay in the underarm region to provide support, they actually use a sturdy stretch fabric to provide better support without the gouging. I love that the straps angle towards the center in the back because it keeps my straps in place. The cups are smooth preventing any snagging or showing through my shirts or dresses.

First let me say I've purchased bras ranging in price from $10 to $120 always looking for a better one. I've been professionally fitted more than once because each fitting is specific to that brand. This bra is very comfortable as well as very supportive. It looks wonderful under my tshirts as well as blouses. Based on other reviews I bought a cup size larger than normal, but it seemed to sit uncomfortably on my ribs (I'm 5'4"), so given that it is inexpensive for the quality, I decided to order my most regular cup size (can vary by brand) and it fit perfectly. It covers and doesn't cause spillage. As other reviewers stated; if you want a pushed up together squished cleavage look, this bra isn't for you. It lifts and separates. I do not have the 'torpedo' effect some have stated. It just looks elegant. But, I've never liked the push together type bras. This gives the look of an old school bali type bra with all of the comfort and no-line look we should have had available all along. Also, it is thick....no headlight look ....and it's smooth. So, if you want zero thickness this is not the bra for you. I haven't had it long enough to comment on how long it will last. I never dry my bras in a dryer. I'm going to order more because it seems every few years I have to hunt for another bra because manufacturers constantly discontinue bras or change them....

I love this bra (I have one in navy too) - so comfortable, washes brilliantly, great support and no bunching up at the back - therefore no ugly back fat bra bulge :D

Always love Vanity Faur but this bra didn't last too long as the underwire snapped 😫

great bra - comfortable, supportive and not your usual fabric, a cooler fabric than usual.

I have never purchased a bra without trying it on but lately I have not found anything worth buying but desperately needed one. I saw many on Amazon and read many reviews and settled on this bra. I followed the measuring instructions and used the size chart. I have never been sized for and purchased a bra where you add inches to the measurement under breasts to get the true band size. Some reviews mentioned the cup fit small so I went up one cup size from what the chart recommended. I'm wearing it now, it fits perfectly and it feels like I'm wearing nothing but I'm getting the support I need. Imagine, I've been wearing a 36" band when I should have been wearing a 40" all these years! Will definitely buy again!

WOW, this is the first bra I've never tried on before buying and 100% the most comfortable bra I've ever found. the sides are thick and padded so I don't feel the regular sensation of the boning poking into my side. It's somewhat minimizing but not enough that I feel flat which some of them feel like. The straps are wide and soft - and it feels padded and soft all the way around with a wide backing so as not to dig in. I guess the easiest way to explain it to another woman is it feels as comfortable and supportive like a 'granny bra' without actually looking like one :) I highly recommend this style to any other larger woman and will be buying more for myself too.
