Lifesaver for my cats during shedding season — gentle and effective!
The media could not be loaded. I bought this Vet’s Best Hairball Relief Digestive Aid a few months ago after one of my cats started coughing and hacking frequently due to hairballs. After doing some research, I wanted something natural, veterinarian formulated, and easy to administer without upsetting my cat’s sensitive stomach. I’m so glad I found this product!First of all, the tablets are a great size and are easy to crumble if your cat doesn’t like chewing them directly. One of my cats eats them like treats thanks to the chicken flavor, while the other is a bit picky, so I crush the tablet and mix it with a little wet food. Both methods have worked perfectly. I started noticing results within a week or so — less coughing, no more hacking noises, and overall they seem much more comfortable. What I really appreciate about this product is the ingredients. It’s made with Slippery Elm and Psyllium Seed which are known to be natural digestive aids, and I feel confident giving it to my cats regularly. I usually give them the tablets during heavy shedding seasons like spring and fall, and the difference it makes is obvious. The price is also very reasonable for how many tablets you get (180 per bottle). This bottle will last me months even with daily use for two cats. Plus, I’ve seen no side effects, and both of my cats have tolerated them very well.In short, if your cats suffer from hairballs or seasonal shedding issues, this is definitely worth trying. It’s effective, gentle, and affordable — exactly what I was hoping for. I plan to keep this on hand year-round from now on. Highly recommend!

Finally a product that really works!
My Himalayan Persian, Sissy, absolutely LOVES these tablets and she is a very finicky girl. I almost didn’t buy them ‘cause I figured she would turn her nose up at them like she frequently does at anything new. I opened the bottle, she curiously watched and then she could smell the yummy…I knew I had her. She’s a huge cat and took a dive into my lap and it was like Christmas morning! That was almost a month ago and she still gets excited when I open the bottle. She knows which cabinet I store it in and every morning and evening she leads me there and will not leave until she gets her “treat”!. This product has put an end to Sissy’s hairball suffering. I brushed her everyday and tried every type of food and treatment but to no end. Thanks to this product we are blessed to not wake every morning to pools of hairball vomit on the floor and to not have to watch her suffer. She is eating better, resting better and just looks and acts more content. I highly recommend this treatment. Heart felt thanks to the genius vet with the heart and sense to create a safe and effective product without charging a ridiculous price. It’s about time!!

Cats usually love these, product is inconsistent
We have two baby fur girls who would get the occasional issue with fur balls. We've been using these for probably 7 or 8 years now, I would guess. Over the years, I've noticed that upon occasion, there is a bottle that my one cat will just not eat out of. It's fairly frustrating and wasn't a one-off issue. Since I'm not the one eating them, I can't tell you what the difference is, but my cat seems to know from smell. My other "little" girl (she's a bit of a pig) will almost always eat them, though I do have to break them in half for her as they sometimes are too hard (this has also been a noticeable difference bottle to bottle in how hard they are).Furball wise - they work great! Hardly ever have an issue over a lot of years and they keep my girls from doing the infamous "cough".I'm not aware of a better product, I just wish they could keep their quality the same.

An Honest Review
Get ready for a lengthy review but I promise it is worth it!So I am writing this review after using this product for a few months now, I wanted to wait for a certain period of time to pass to see if there were any results after using this product and I can assure you that there was! So for context: I own two beautiful cats that I have rescued that have two very different personalities, one sheds like there is NO tomorrow and the other one does not. Of course being they are both cats they love to clean themselves, quite literally all the time which resulted in hairballs. The one who does not shed near as much has a few health issues involving his stomach and nasal cavities, both of my cats have extremely sensitive stomachs so I wanted to find a product that could work for both of them equally without causing issues! The picture above is three different products I use including the one that I’m currently writing the review on. This product has done wonders for me and my fur babies! This product alongside the other ones I have bought reduced the amount of hairballs I was experiencing, keep in mind that I was experiencing around 2-3 hairballs every other day but definitely 1 hairball every day. As I’m sure many of you know, coming home after a long day and having to clean hairballs out of carpet is not an easy task to do.After a few months of using this as well as trying the other two products featured in the picture I have seen a significant improvement from both of my cats! So here is my routine and what works for me: in the morning I use a pill crusher to crush the pill and put it into each of their food bowls, I mix the pill fragments in with their food. Then in the evening time, I squeeze a few drops of the liquid product into their food bowls. Neither one of them have had issues with eating their food since I’ve started all of this, in fact I’ve noticed they seem more excited to eat! One of my cats LOVES treats while the other does not, so sometimes I will drop the treat product into the pickier one’s bowl so that he will eat it while I feed the other one the treat product at random since he will eat it on the spot.Of course I highly recommend consulting with your veterinarian if you have one for more information in regards to your pet’s health and or condition!
