Comfortable and helps keep bugs off, but the brim is so soft and floppy that slight breezes lift it either completely back (then no longer keeps the sun out of my eyes) of completely down (covering my eyes and then I can't see, either.

I would give 0 stars if there was an option. Thee netting does not even come down to your chin! Maybe it was a defect but it was almost hysterical that it could be so wrong!

This is a really nice light weight hat.its perfect for prorecting yourself from the sun. Wethersfield you are doing yard work out side, sitting in a boat fishing or just going for a hike, this hat will do what you need .The Pros1. It's extremely light weight.2. It has a flap that can be folded down to cover your neck to protect it from the sun.3. It also has a mosquito net that can be folded down to protect your face form getting bit.4. There is a flap/pouch built in that keeps the net neatly tucked away.The Cons.1. The net needs to be folded up just right or it makes a lump in the hat.2. I'm not sure the net is quite long enough to keep bugs out. I haven't had enough bugs yet to fully test that feature.I would definitely recommend this hat to anyone who is looking for a nice lightweight summer hat for this summer. Especially those who want sun protection without the use of chemical filled sunscreen. I received this product at a deep discount in exchange for my honest non biased option.

Mosquitos and sun. I found this hat to try and protect myself from both. Pros:    • Net covers face and neck area • Hat has a very wide brim and keeps sun off my neck • Chin strap • Cool camo design • Adjustable rim  Cons:  NoneThis hat is very nice. The netting tucks away and does not get in the way until needed. The chin strap is adjustable and helps hold the hat on when the wind is blowing. The adjustment in the back is for tightening the rim around the head. The netting covers my entire neck area. There is a opening for my eyes, but it also can be kept closed to keep the bugs out. Overall, I am very pleased with this hat.

The hat fits well, although the netting is not long enough and sits too close to the face. It does provide some protection but I think the the company put more thought into being able to tuck the netting away rather that perfecting its purpose.

my husband has grape vines which need pruning, * ,spraying etc., etc, and he loves his new hat. We have Black flies, mosquitoes...and he wore it while spraying last week and was very pleased. thank you... Dan from Canada
