How does this compare to “Steel-IT”?

I have used Steel It for years, but it is hard to find and expensive. Decided to give this a try, and as far as I can tell it is the same.

Has anyone used this to paint an oven range?

Not any tougher then any other paint, in my experience

My project is updating an old camper fridge and freezer. The inside shelves are metal wire ,but a ugly gold. Can this paint withstand cold temps?
