Nice addition to my tool set this is iv not used it yet but I can imagine it will come in handy at some point the only thing I'd say is missing is a tool to straighten the pipe up from it's coil but you can always buy that separately I suppose.. overall very happy

The pipe is copper coated steel, which was disappointing, but the flaring tools worked fine.

I did actually find it quiet easy to use. I recommend cutting of a bit of the supplied pipe and doing a few practice runs first. Once you feel confident go for it. Don't forget to put the connector on the pipe before flaring.........who would do such a thing!

I bought this kit when my land rover required new brake lines, thought there wasn't much to lose in buying the kit and having a go. Glad I did as it probably paid for it's self making the 1st brake line, let alone the other two I ended up needing. Since then I've used the kit to make up a further two lines and saved another £70 compared to buying premade ones. I'm no expert mechanic but found this relatively simple to use and very cost effective.
