Love !
These are delicious considering they are a health food. They are slightly on the chewy side compared to a regular old cookie, but I don’t mind the texture considering how much protein they contain. Great to keep as a snack at work or for travel days

Great protein snack
Great protein snack, taste is really good, soft and doesn’t lay heavy on the stomach. That being said they have gotten a lot smaller over time for 160 calories and very expensive for only 4 cookies. However, if you need a pick me up these will do the trick.

Strange aftertaste
I recently tried the Atkins Chocolate Chip Protein Cookie, attracted by its solid macros—high in fiber, only 3g net carbs, and 1g of sugar. While I’m not on a keto diet, I thought it would be a good choice for a sweet treat that fits my macros. Unfortunately, I wasn’t a fan of the taste. The texture is a bit dry, and the flavor lacks the richness you’d expect from a chocolate chip cookie, and it leaves strange aftertaste. It does satisfy a craving for something sweet if you’re closely watching your macros and calories, but there are definitely tastier options out there that deliver better flavor. It’s an okay choice in a pinch, but I wouldn't reach for it regularly.

Absolutely wretched
The smell. Like others have said, it's weirdly "chemical," like something you'd buy from the hardware store rather than a place that sells groceries. It's also reminiscent of wet, rotting wood, with a hint of boiled broccoli. Days after they were removed from the storage bin where I keep my shelf-stable foods, it still reeks, despite having been aired out. I kept one in my handbag as well to eat on the go, and it's the same story. This is the first time I ever encountered an ultra-processed food so tenaciously smelly. They're not soft, or crisp, or even chewy. They have a texture like clay that's been left to partially dry, and they taste like dust and glue. Not even a bit of peanut flavor that I can detect.I recommend that you DON'T buy these. Only if they were the absolute last food on earth would they be worth eating.

A Nice Fiber Snack
For a fiber snack this is pretty good. This is really going to come down to individual taste buds. I've seen other reviews say it tasted like lab food or had a smell to it. For me the cookie didn't smell bad, it definitely doesn't smell like fresh home baked cookies but it's not something that's horrible. For the taste it was fine; I've had far worst in the health snack department! If you're looking for a snack that has a decent amount of fiber this is a decent option.

Yummy and satisfying treat
Best tasting low carb / low calorie cookie out there. They're big, so one is enough to enjoy slowly and satisfy that little craving

New recipe
I used to like these. They had great peanut butter flavor and were soft but not crumbly. However , the last box I got in December had such a bitter aftertaste they weren’t worth consuming. I have purchased many Atkins items and was very satisfied but, unfortunately, not by these.
