Cut from steel using a hand held plasma cutter. Jellyfish body is hand polished to reflect light thru the RED transparent paint. Tentacles are made from recycled copper wire. The front has been sealed with automotive clear coat, backside is painted with rustoleum. Wire hager. Signed and dated. Measures 9"x13"
