No disappointment here
I have many Victoronix knives that I love and this one is no exception. It cuts so smoothly that I seem to be grabbing it more often than my others for meats.They are extremely sharp, so leave it in it's plastic sleeve when not in use.

Best gift for my wife!
We buy whole cuts of meat and my wife loves to butcher them into smaller pieces to freeze. Sou Vide is a thing in our house. So yeah, the knife was for my wife and she loves it!

Sharp, but cheaply made.
This knife is sharp, but I was expecting better quality. The blade is very flexible and appears to be stamped from spring steel.

Plain blade that really works well
It’s funny - this looks like a ginsu knife out of the box. Don’t let looks or price fool you, this works through meat handily. This is a functional blade, flexible and sharp. Easy to sharpen, and a fast cutter that belies its low price. Buy it for function. It’s not pretty, but it works.
