This thing is a life saver. I tried everything including new sneakers, compression socks, a foot massager, foot creams and nothing was working. After one use of this ball my pain was decreased by at least 50% and after using it for a week my foot pain is gone. I highly recommend.

Very sturdy

Feels good after use. It hurts a little while using it because it is working out those stiff spots. Only problem......dog thinks it is his toy!

Perfect size and weight

This ball is great! I have two jobs. I have been standing on my feet a lot and I started to develop plantar fasciitis. Bought this item. It’s cheap and works well. Hard ball to get into that arch. I’ve stood on this ball to really get into my hard to reach. Im not a skinny woman. I am 5’7, 200 lbs. Your foot area will be tight. However, use maybe a minute or two at a time. Increase use as you test it out. I use it in the morning before I start my day and at night after work. It’s by the side of my bed and on the floor. My foot feels so much better. I use it at least twice a day and sometimes more. Thank you!
