Really enjoyed using it… Robust and easy to clean (not in the dishwasher this time)!

I made a pan full of beautiful ravioli on the first attempt. I followed the directions for the pasta and it turned out beautifully. The only thing I will do next time is to roll the pasta thinner. Instructions call for setting #6, but although it worked, I think it was a little thin. Directions indicate about 20 ravioli, and I ended up with almost double that. I use a Kitchenaid pasts roller attachment, and the settings may be slightly different than the pasts maker they use.This ravioli maker is a work of art. It is beautifully finished, and looks to be something that I will be passing down to grandkids. An example of the craftsmanship is found in the roller. They could have easily made something machined out of a solid piece of aluminum or molded out of plastic, but Marcato made the this with an axle and roller bearings. As a machinist, I really appreciate the craftsmanship and attention to detail of the work that went into making this.Overall I am extremely pleased and I highly recommend this to anyone who is looking for an heirloom piece of kitchen equipment.
