OXO Good Grips Stainless Steel Bench Scraper & Chopper, Dough Cutter for Baking

I should have bought one of these years ago! We cook food for most meals and I generally do most of the chopping of everything. Having a scraper/chopper makes moving vegetables (or anything else) quick and easy. This is a necessity to easily transfer piles of vegetables to a heated stainless steel or cast iron pan without dropping half of them on the way. I use the sharp blade to clean up any larger pieces before transferring food. While I wouldn't use this to cut a pile of vegetables, it is sharp enough to cut one or two if nothing else is available. The OXO grip on the handle ensures the scraper is not dropped and ensures a comfortable grip and hold.

Sturdy, well-made and grip is comfortable. Very versatile during any baking/prepping/cooking needs. Because of this I have continued to buy Oxo products with no complaints.

Very handy kitchen gadget. I use it to level flour, sugar, etc while baking. Works a lot better than a knife.

I like OXO products because I have arthritis in my hands. It is comfortable. However, for chopping, it doesn’t work well for me.

OXO is a reputable company. My granddaughter loves to make fresh pasta and the scraper helps with getting the dough prepared properly.
