Worked very well. So did the cats claws :(
With an unusually warm winter in Southern Cali, we have had an on-off issue with fleas being brought in by our pets. Yes, they are all treated with monthly flea treatments and we constantly wash their bedding and de-flea the house, vacuum etc. But they can be stubborn blighter. I wanted to try a product that might help with things harder to de-flea, like the giant carpetted cat condo our 6 kitties play on, and things like the sofa.So I tried the PetArmor Flea and Tick Spray. It was easy to use on these areas, and after a few applications, it seems to have done the trick.I also tried using it on one of my cats when I wasn't totally sure she got all of her spot-on monthly treatment (she is fast, and gets "I-will-tear-your-skin-off" mood). So I did try to *gently* spray this on her coat per the instructions on the can. It was a partial success. She got a decent dose and I only shed a little blood :(The spray is very loud and hissy, so that is a big minus if you plan to try and use this on a cat. A dog may be a little less likely to fight you (maybe) - but cats? ummmm ..... nope.Overall, a good product at a price point that suited my budget, and results that I'm not complaining about. I would recommend. And if using on a cat - I also recommend chain mesh gloves ;)

Expensive but works!
Expensive but worth the money. We rescued a cat that brought fleas with it. Fortunately we have mostly hard flooring so treating primarily the animal is working and this spray has been a great tool.It kills immediately and my cat doesn’t seem to be interested in licking it off either. It smells heavily like rubbing alcohol, and can be a bit much in the concentrated area while you are working with it.It says to spray the animal but spraying a cat with an aerosol product doesn’t go so well. So I have applied this by spraying it into my hand while wearing rubber gloves then working it into the fur.You will immediately see fleas die, and well as see them scatter away from the application site. This job is much easier with two people. 1 to hold the cat and apply the product and one to spray it into the others hand or in the rare occasion you can actually spray the cat, they can cover a larger area. However even spraying the cat will require you to work the product into the fur.We then quarantined the cat in a tiled bathroom for an hour while the product worked and the cat is wet. This product seems to be dry to the touch in about a half hour.I have applied it by hand into the fur all around the cats mouth and eyes as the fleas reside there while treating all the other common places.Be prepared to realize how many more fleas are on your animal than you though, because they hate this stuff and scatter when it’s applied.Hope this helps. 👍

Amazing product! Needs a different bottle design.
I like how fast and effective this treatment is. We spent a LOT of money on flea treatments and this is the only thing that’s helped. The only reason this doesn’t receive 5 stars is because of the packaging - the top is a “pinch and pull” when I went to do that, it broke the nozzle off and we ended up not being able to use a lot of the product, unfortunately. I understand WHY the top is difficult but I wish there was a different design for the top.

Not sure about this stuff
The most important thing is that it did not treat my dog's mite infestation, even though this product is labeled for use with my dog's diagnosed mite condition. The reason this brand is less expensive is because there isn't much product in the can. The product is in an alcohol base, and the only odor I could detect was similar to rubbing alcohol. The product isn't pressurized with aerosol gas. Rather, the can is one of those rubber-bladder sprayers that squeezes the product out - the technology is similar to Easy Cheese. Nevertheless, the product does spray in a gentle and even manner.Pros: Easy application, low odor.Cons: Didn't kill mites.

It works ok.
This did ok for my dogs. I have 5 so I definetly need it to last as long as possible. I have to apply it a little more frequently than it said, but other than that it was worth the price.

It's easy to spray on
I use this on my 2 alpacas who have allergic dermatitis to mites. It's easy to spray on, and I rub it into their fleece gently (wearing disposable exam gloves). Works as well as anything I have tried and is far easier. I'd give it a 5, but I wish there was more in the can--I can give around 6 full body treatments from one can.

Not terrible
Hard to dose correctly...we did see fleas dying on application but after using this monthly for 3 months the flea count went down and was still present even while the home was treated and checked. Ended up going back to Trifexis. The smell is horrible and strong.

Best flea spray ever!
Only thing I've been able to use that worked for both my cat and dog. Of course, with outdoor animals you may need to use supplemental back ups for the few that come back. Right after a bath and spray it not only kills fleas but repels them too. The cat's fleas hasn't come back, the dog gets a few now and then but they seem to die on their own. So far, 1 month down and I'm super pleased.
