I am using this as part of my exercise space. The puzzle piece flooring slips, so I wanted to find something that was more stable. It is thicker than I was expecting, which is great. It has good grip on both sides and my feet don’t slide at all.

Like the size..fits perfectly in my allotted space for exercise. Wish there was an easier way to roll it up for storage. Nice thickness, too.

I ordered the 10' x 6' to perfectly fit a room. This mat is a exactly 9' x 6', which left me with 1 foot of space that I had planned to be covered. Bummer! But due to its size, I didn't even try to return it. The mat is non slip.

I researched every mat that I could find to find the best one for my home gym. This one is awesome! I’m using it for my Smith machine and bench. I may get a second one for exercise. Highly recommend!

The media could not be loaded. These bad boys rolled right out and were pretty much flat after a day's time, flipped them upside down and let them sit overnight to help. They're over carpet so not much shifting under my feet. Overalla great addition to my home gym.
