This product is worthless! Yes it has a nice carry case and the handle folds up but that is all that is good. Very poor thought out design. Does not hold the toilet paper like the directions say and doesn’t release the toilet paper like it says it is supposed to. Don’t waste your money

It was okay enough, you have to get used to a whole new routine & get used to using significantly more toilet paper. I used this only at home, I did not find it discreet enough for public use despite the foldability promising portability. Sometimes it would collapse and fold when I was applying the toilet paper. Finally after buying this Mid-June it broke beyond repair by the end of October. I would have liked a longer life of use because this greatly helped my wrist pain. I can't afford a new one now, it seems hard to find any of a good and durable quality.I was hoping to make this my travel one and find a different one for at home but I have to begin the search again and hope the next one can last a couple years.This one broke, snapped, while I was wiping and this does not seem safe. I will not be getting a folding one next time.

I got two of these, one for home and one for work. It's after daily use for about 6 months, one of them broke. The little spring that pushes the toilet paper off is permanently in the push-out position, so I can't tuck any toiler paper onto the end any longer. BUMmer (ba-dum-tss). Brokenness aside, this product is a god send. I don't have to struggle to reach anymore. Loved that it's foldable with a lil to-go pouch so that I can use it discreetly at work. Works well with toilet paper and with wet wipes but gotta be careful about not putting the wet wipes on too tightly or they will tear. Comfortable shape and gentle in the nether-regions. Gives me confidence that I'm clean :)

This is a discreet and effective tool that was helpful for my husband post spine surgery. I would think it would be helpful for anyone who cannot bend well to take care of bathroom business independently. It folds up small enough he can put it in a cargo pocket and not feel embarrassed. I don't know that it's sturdy enough for long-term use but, really, wouldn't you want to replace it somewhat frequently anyway?

I bought this foldable devise to carry on vacation with me. As you never know when Mother Nature calls. It has been a godsend.

Does exactly what it’s intended to do. A little tricky getting the paper to stay tucked in as it requires a longer length than I typically use. I usually just hold the paper in place with my thumb until positioned and it stays in place until removed from the rubber portion. The shape and size of the rubber portion seems about right to me. This device has really simplified the cleaning process for me and I highly recommend it.UPDATE: The nifty little device broke today(5/10/24) where the handle folds. All that holds the two parts together is a tiny piece of plastic. I don’t fold it after use so that was not a factor. I actually hold it at the fold to avoid putting pressure on the weakest point. If it was held by the actual handle I don’t think it would last anytime before breaking at the fold. It lasted about seven months being used a couple of times a day so not much use. Very disappointed in the quality especially at the price. Too bad since it works very well. I have two more that were bought at a later date so I will see how long these last. Functionality remains 5 star but durability and value drop to 1 star at best.
