Very good pasta. We try to eat low carb and that usually means omitting everything "white" like pasta, rice, white bread, and most potatoes. This product has a good percentage of vegetable protein in it and you cannot even tell by preparation instructions, finished texture, and it doesn't fall apart like all lentil pasta (if you happen to over cook it.)We can't eat too much of it, but is a nice treat - I think it's great!

I tried this for the first time, and I was admittedly a skeptic. I love, love, love traditional pasta, and will continue to eat it when I'm out to dinner. However I really wanted to give this Barilla Protein Pasta a try. Guess what? I liked it! It's not exactly like traditional pasta, but I enjoyed it in some of my favorite everyday recipes, and felt better knowing that it is more nutritious. I'm so glad to have the option, and that it is something that tastes good as well.

Our 7yr old is an extreme picky eater, to the point, he's in OT to get him to eat more thing. He will eat my pasta, so his OT suggested hi protein pasta and mentioned this brand. We never know if it will work or not, and we're worried because it looks different (color),but he didn't even mention anything. Its a major win in my book.

Not authentic pasta but closer than other low/no carb versions

Delicious, cooking without gummy foam and sticky pasta results like chickpea pasta. Fresh tasting like regular pasta but much more healthier and higher protein. Price is great, cooking time is excellent and ease of preparation simple. The smell is pleasant and the taste is delicious. Can be with red sauce and cheese or white sauce very versatile. Shipped fast and no damage via Amazon Prime.

Great pasta.I am 100% Italian and this is probably the best pasta I've had since I can remember.I was only going to eat two and a half ounces.After eating that batch I had to make another.Excellent pasta

Love this high protein pasta! It’s high in protein and fiber which is great!
