The flavor, both spicy from the mustard, and sweet from the grape, also has an additional kick from the use of spices like cloves and cinnamon, for a resulting combination that is rich, deep and complex. The texture is slightly crunchy from the partially ground mustard seeds. Use it like any other mustard, especially great for pates and sausages.
