I like the "regular" no sugar yin chaio as it works for me. amazing chinese go to for any ailment that is common to man (colds, flu). the ONLY thing I believe china is good for ;))

It works. If you feel a cold coming on, pop a few of these and you will often (not always) beat it back completely. If you do get the cold, these mitigate the effects dramatically. Wonderful product. Western medicine's toxic pharma products in your local drug store with their antihistamines and cough suppressants are no match for yin chiao. Tastes pretty bad but who cares if you don't get sick! A bargain.
