I have been waiting to splurge on this humidifier for about a year now. I’m so glad we did with baby on the way. Very easy to clean and keep sterile. We do use a Britta water filter container to fill with each time as recommended by the instructions. Super easy to use and last all night long. Highly recommend purchasing and I’ve also recommended this to a couple other friends of ours, who are also pleased with their purchase. It is a bit expensive, but definitely worth it for the longevity of a humidifier.

After 3 1/2 months of good operation suddenly.....no mist. Contacted customer support which is only available by email, no phone number, and they asked for a video to be sent. I did that and included other pics of the unit not creating any mist. They shipped me a new oscillator which did not fix the problem, still no mist at any level. I sent them a new video showing the installation of the new oscillator, a very simple plug in task. I asked customer support to send a complete new Carepod unit and a prepaid shipping label to return the old one. They sent a link for the order number to be put in and since I purchased the unit from Amazon (with a $20 discount) they said they could not work directly with me even though I sent them a copy of the paid Amazon receipt. Initially they said the unit was also back ordered and would not ship until April because of all the shipping and trucking delays at this time. They suggested I contact their 3rd party reseller via Amazon. I could not find them on Amazon.The unit was purchased mid October 2021 with a one year warranty. Amazon's return policy on this unit ended on January 31, 2022, 3 1/2 months after the unit was purchased. I then contacted Amazon customer service and even though it took two phone calls Amazon was willing to give me a one time exception on a refund directly back to my original form of payment. Thank you for that Amazon.This Carepod humidifier was the quietest, easy to clean, without bright or night light interference for sleeping and best looking of any humidifier on the market at the time I purchased it. Too bad the unit stopped working and their customer support did not measure up. Why would it matter where I purchased the unit, it was clearly their product and clearly they did not want to stand behind the product warranty of one year.None of the electronics that make this unit operate are accessible so it's impossible for anyone with a mini screwdriver and a little ambition to look deeper into the reason for the units failing as I have seen so many YouTube videos on humidifier repair.Any company without telephone support for their products???? Buyer beware!Really to bad. The doctor who invented this humidifier had a great thing going but the lack of customer support and standing behind their product is not going to make the company last long.

After being really tired of the bulky humidifiers we’ve had for a few years I went on the hunt for a new one and it HAD to be nicely designed, quiet, didn’t mold, easy to use & especially clean. What’s not to love about it?- A toddler could put it together and clean it. It’s that simple to use and the filter is tiny and easy to clean with water.- The size and design is clean and refreshing and I’m happy to present it in any room.- I’m not worried that my family is breathing in mold or mildew bc the stainless steel tank is amazing.- It is ridiculously quiet and even soothing.All boxes checked!! ✅

Easily cleaned and filled, been looking for a humidifier like this forever. Highly recommend it!

I really wanted to like this humidifier. Unfortunately within the first year we had to have two parts replaced because it wasn't working well. Then shortly after making it past the one year mark it completely stopped working. I messaged the company but because we were outside of the one year they were not willing to do anything further. We have another humidifier that is much less expensive and does require more work to keep clean but prefer over the Carepod due to the cost and that it consistently works.

UPDATED REVIEW: I have been using the humidifier for about 3 weeks now every day, and the chemical smell is gone (except for the removable filter screen). The screen still has a very strong chemical odor, and I am not going to use it. The humidifier is working beautifully and has made such a difference in providing moisture in the air of our home. I love how easy it is to clean! And, I love how great it works! I would definitely recommend the CarePod, but just be aware that it will take some time for the odor to dissipate.I just got the CarePod 315 humidifier yesterday, and used it for hours after I cleaned it thoroughly. I love that it's so easy to clean and sanitize. There are no nooks or crannies that could collect mold or bacteria. The stainless steel tub lifts out for cleaning and the base can be wiped with a cloth. The easy clean style was the #1 selling factor for me. I am tired of trying to clean humidifiers with places I can't reach!It is whisper quiet and does a wonderful job of humidifying the air. I truly love everything about this humidifier, EXCEPT the strong chemical smell of the plastics and small filter. I washed it all twice and then let it run for about 12 hours and the smell remained very strong. I absolutely hate the odor and doubly hate that it has made my great room smell like chemicals. I am extremely sad to have to return it, because I love everything else about it. Now...I have to try and find another humidifier...
