Q: I received my window paines and it turns out they arn't what I expected. How do I return them?

Go to your order info. and there is an option to print out a return slip. Follow the direction.

Q: Per the instructions, the matte should be the magnetic side but not mine - as others have said - has anyone rcv'd the 'correct' glossy side out ones?

I did not receive the correct ones either, my magnetic side is the glossy side and the matte side is facing out..

Q: Is the matte side the magnetic side?

Mine were magnetic on the gloss side (which left the matte side facing out) . It looks most convincing if it was glossy, so I just coated it with spray acrylic and it has worked well for the past year.
