Thank goodness I have not needed to use it this year. Basement has been flooded four times. I do know it's the same as the professionals use.

Good unit for the price.
This is a good little unit. I purchased the meter for my cabin, and it is accurate when compared to my more expensive meter that I keep at home. For the price I would recommend this unit for recreational use.

Doesn't read wood
Purchased this to measure the moisture in our subfloor before installing hardwood. It didn't read anything in the wood, but it would read our skin and other things. Just not wood!
