After two weeks using this product I'm very disappointed in its results. Instead of aiding lung function I find it is actually contributing to the opposite. And of course there is no choice to return it or get a refund.

We were seriously skeptical when a friend told us about this. You just breathe through salt?? My husband has suffered from life-long asthma and in a weak moment I decided to buy it. My husband jokingly huffed the salt for a few minutes before he went to bed. When he came home from work the next day he practically ran to do it again, saying he couldn't believe it; his sinuses were completely clear and his lungs did not feel tight all day. I gave it a try that night, and while I don't have lung problems, my sinuses do feel a bit more open than usual. (They recommend you don't share an inhaler but we're married, whatevs.) We are looking forward to continuing with this and seeing how things improve long-term.Deep breathing in through your mouth, and out through your nose, ensures the salty air travels through your entire airways. You also don't want to exhale your moist breath back into the salt.While salt does come with this, it is mostly clear. The more pink the Himalayan salt, the higher the mineral content. My friend bought a higher quality Himalayan rock salt than what came with this inhaler, and he gave us some to use in ours. I don't know if that makes a difference, but it likely does. So you may want to consider upgrading your salt than what comes with this.

I brought this for my mother, its of no use. it was waste of money and its not cheap.I will never buy any Himalayan product, i had such experience with other Himalayan Product as well.

Firstly, I don't review products because they were received on time and not broken or they were a product one could buy anywhere. Yet I would give the Himalayan Pink Salt Inhaler with salt crystals as many stars as I could write on the page! I have suffered from a sinus headache, with dizziness when you bend down or lean back, for the past month. I have tried everything from hot towels, ocean spray, pills, apple cider vinegar (ugh!) to a steamer to no avail. I had researched this product but was still a bit reticent, having spent money on so many products which didn't do the trick. However, I was getting desperate and decided to try one more before going the IENT route for which I had read horror blogs. I received the package quickly and have tried it for 3 days. My dizziness left on the first day and the headache is down 80%. I have my life back and want to let people know what a fabulous solution this is for respiratory problems! Before spending time putting a salt solution up your nose try this product!

In all honesty I have not tried the product with the way it recommends. I have asthma therefore I have breathing problems especially on warm/hot and bad air quality days. We lost our Health insurance when my husband lost his job and now because of the expense we have NO health insurance. So I tried a little of it and hoped it would make a BIG difference. My Husband doesn't want me to inhale anything with the problems that I am experiencing with the heat and air quality. So if I were to be fair with the review I would have to say I don't know and since there are no stars for I don't know I don't know how to respond.
