I am 5’3 190 lbs and I bought the X-Large. The day I put it on I was on the last row of tightest adjustment. It was very easy to put on and comfortable to wear at work. I wear mine 8 hrs a day. But after almost a full year I am buying a large because this one is a bit loose. it’s hidden under clothes although you need a bra that will hold in the hangover on the top. All in all I highly recommend this waist cintcher for keeping your posture good at the office and it will keep you from over eating.

Get the right size and you'll love it. It ca be seen unde4 ur clothes and if you plump in the behind get short waisted for better comfort.
