Not sure why people are complaining about this item.It's very affordable and it does a great job.I even tested it to see if it could filter cigarette smoke, and you can't even smell any smoke coming out on the other side. Very impressive.I have another air filter that was 6 times the price of this, and although it does a better job it's definitely not 6 times better.

As far as I can tell it works fine. The colour changes became a bit erratic after I'd left it off for the summer (when windows get left open), but seem to have reasserted themselves. No real evidence that the air is cleaner. It doesn't deal with raised CO2 levels overnight in my bedroom, but then it's not designed to. So, I guess, it's OK.

This one was bigger than my old one but not by much do the size is good, it's quiet yet powerful, easy to set up and use... very happy with it.

It is very affordable and therefore doesn’t give a great performance. So it looks nice but I can't say that I have seen much effect of it.For these devices to work effectively, circulating air is required and when this device does not suck much air by itself. I did a funny test and put incense next to it. I did it several times to see the airflow and it didn't really suck. :)

I am not a scientist in any form, but, i have COPD and devided to purchase this unit for the bedroom. Not only is it very easy to use, but in my case since using it i have had some good night sleeps and not woke up in the morning with a dry mouth and a sore throat.I am not professing to give it any medical provinance, but, am giving what it has helped me with. I have used a couple of air purifiers before this one and I can confirm that this is different. State of the art equipment with clear cut step by step direction that can be understood by all. Works as purposed and provide great value for the money.

Great little aur purifier. Really easy to sleep with. However, finding it impossible to find replacement filter. Managed to find one online but it is more than the purifier itself. Will keep looking but may have to buy something else which I can replace, which which a shame

Bought this for allergy sufferers in the house and there is a notably difference very quickly when switched on. Good for getting rid of cooking smells too. Wouldn't want to be without one now!
