I bought this car primarily for my son as an inexpensive option to train up to using one of the more premium RC car brands that are larger and faster. It performs pretty similar to my brother's older Nuoke, which I was super jealous of until I picked up the newer edition myself. It's super fast and light , which is not always the best combo, but will teach you control and an accident is not likely to break anyone's legs (though it can hurt at the speeds this can go).Comes with adequate batteries to last as long as your little one can pay attention.Suspension is a little bit soft so cornering can be weird and it takes getting used to. I'm also worried about the longevity of certain plastic parts, but at this price point it's hard to get metal, and my brother's car is still going strong...so I'm hoping for the best.That said, my son and I have crashed it many, many times. In the video we even drove it through some fresh snow, which got the inside pretty wet. It still runs like the day we got it, so can't complain.

When I started looking at getting back into RC trucks, I wasn't quite sure what to look for. I looked over many brands and features. The RC world has surely changed since the 80's! So far I have not had any issues with the truck. This little car is packed with performance! I bought the car for my son who is just a bit under the recommended age (14+). He was able to quickly learn to control the R/C car thanks to the simple steering wheel control style. The controller has a adjustable setting that lets you limit the top speed of the car or use the full power that will but a smile on anyones face!The build quality is great and it holds up to jumps, tumbles, and bumps. It performs like a much more expensive r/c car.I would buy it again and just might buy one for myself!

I was surprised at how fast this could go. I love the speed potentiometer on the remote control. My youngest can drive it comfortably on the slower speed while I can crank it up to a higher speed. ***Even though there are multiple pictures showing that it comes with TWO batteries, the reality is, that it only comes with one. I expected two based on the photos. I love how fast it is, but I assume the first time it rams into something that it will shatter as it does not seem very sturdy. The truck shell is almost paper thin plastic.

So I have always been scared to buy a cheap Amazon rc car but I am glad I did I have always owned Traxxas and hpi racing and now that I have bought this car it has changed my whole outlook on them I love it it is all wheel drive and the shocks even though they are not oil field or big bore shock seem to be great I get a out 20 minutes of run time out of each battery I will be purchasing more like this car when I have the money I wish there was a way that I could get where I could do reviews on the new ones they have coming out I would love to do a video on them that would be awesome I have been dealing with cancer this last year and have really got into it
