I first discovered their biltong at their storefront back in 2018 while I was visiting TN for a few months and it was the best dried beef I’d ever had. My horizons were broadened. So happy to be able to order their biltong online. The spicy version has a good amount of kick, but I love that!

It's okay but boy is it hot, not so much as a mouth feel instantly it will build up after a while though. The biggest impact though is you can feel it in your stomach and digestive tract I think due to the habaneros they use on top of the other peppers.

I found out I hate coriander. That's not their fault

I have tried their other products which are good. But this product was disgusting. In a biltong obsessed family not a single person would eat this. Contacted seller and they said there is nothing wrong with it. Will not buy from them again despite their other products being good.

I'm really disappointed in this product, to be honest. I bought this flavor and the original. Both tasted great, but the bags developed a furry mold after only 2 weeks of being opened. The bag was kept sealed any time we weren't eating from it. I was mystified. I've never seen biltong or jerky go moldy before.
