It has not favor!! I mix it with my coffee and it did not change my coffee flavor AT ALL!! I love it!

I’ve been using this collagen off and on for years. It is by far the best and most effective collagen I’ve ever tried. I believe it’s the combination of hyaulonic acid and vitamin c together with the most bioavailable type of collagen that makes it the most effective. I literally see a huge difference in my hair and skin within a day or two of starting it again and when I stop taking it I see my skin fade and hair get more dry. This stuff makes the lines and wrinkles fade in my face it seems like it fills them in. It even seems like my skin absorbs and holds water better when I use it. It’s great because it has no flavor or fish smell and mixes well enough. It also seems to help my joints. This is one of my staple supplements.

After 3 kiddos 3 c-sections I never thought I’d get my belly down this has tightened my skin so much, with light exercise too, and I feel so much better, my mood , body, weight, haven’t had too much change in hair and nails yet but definitely starting to show. I will be getting more and keeping this going! I have told anyone who will listen how amazing this is. Women should talk more about this I needed this for so long!!!! Get it!!!!!!!

This product contains only 5 grams of collagen peptides per serving (one scoop), which is relatively low compared to other brands that typically offer between 15 and 20 grams per serving. For noticeable effects on the skin, it's generally recommended to consume at least 10 grams of collagen daily. Therefore, the 5-gram dosage in this product is a bit of a drawback.Additionally, while the product says that it's unflavored, it does has a mild fishy taste. So just know that it's not completely unflavored. I have tried unflavored collagen peptides from other brands like Sports Research and Vital Proteins, but this product seems to have the most distinct collagen taste. But if you blend it well with coffee or smoothies, the flavor can become somewhat manageable and less noticeable.
