Works great so far
I haven't had it long enough to comment on durability but it definitely gets the water at my taps and bathtub hot. It takes about the same amount of time to get warm water as it did from my tank wh. My house is about 850 sq ft.I have it set to the 40a and the flow at the lowest. To be fair tho, I have a lot of water pressure, so I'm sure that helps. If I open the kitchen, tub, and bath sink at the same time.. there's a noticeable drop in pressure but unless you're a psycho who takes scolding hot showers, the balance from the cold line will still give you a fair amount of pressure. The installation instructions are garbage. I still have no idea how they expected it to be installed with that bracket. I took a couple 2 inch screws of my own and found the nearest stud. It doesn't weigh much, so you could even get away with not using a stud most likely. On a side note.. it is impossible to find a 3/4 to 1/2 inch nipple adapter locally. So if you're like me and you want to use your existing 3/4 wh fittings.. you'll need to find it online. I didn't know it was called a "nipple" so it took me forever to find one!

WOW WOW WOW!!`
I live in Hawaii, so the cold water is pretty warm out of the tap already. With that being said, after 3 weeks without hot water, the hawaiian warm waters werent feeling so hot in the mornings. I live in a small condo and use this for both my kitchen and bathroom as the sole source of hot water. This replaced a POU eco smart tankless hot water heater that barely gave me hot water for my shower. I use this on 3/4 power setting and the lowest flow setting and the water is insanely hot! What an upgrade! Highly recommended for entire house use in a hot climate. Cant image what it would be like if I used this on the highest power setting, which my electrical panel cannot handle. Love the flexibiity of this unit! Thanks Marey!! I am stoked to have you in my house!

Made for single use faucet
We bought this after reading some reviews stating it heats a smaller home. We have a 1 bed, 1 bath home and all appliances and faucets are within 10 ft. from the unit. Will not heat water for washing machine, not even warm. Kitchen sink gets Luke warm, bathroom faucet will get hot but fluctuates between hot and warm. Strangley enough, the shower works perfect with as much hot water as we want yet it's further away than both bathroom and kitchen faucets. We live in a temperate climate where average temp is 60° year around. This is a good unit for individual or dual faucets but not for a whole house, not even a tiny house.

2 defective units
Fast delivery, they replaced the first unit that didn't work. Installed by a master plumber and electrician. The second unit didn't work either. For what i have paid plumbers, i could have gotten the best unit made. Plumbers call Marey tech support but they were no help. Third try, i bought a Rheem at Home Depot and it worked like a champ. They will probably refund my money, but i doubt they are going to pay 2 of the 4 plumber/electrician bills i ran up trying to get a defective product to work.

So far, so good
We bought this to replace the old 30 gal water heater in our condo in Hawaii (1 bed, 1 bath). We only had a 30 amp breaker and was hoping this would be enough since it worked on 10,20,30 or 40 amp. Was pretty straight forward to install. The only issue was after I hooked it up, it would not come on, but after looking at the manual it was because I had low water pressure. I located the pressure regulator for my unit and turned up the pressure and it came right on. I ended up having to turn the unit down to 20 amps because 30 amps was way to hot. So far we are very happy with the purchase and would recommend it.

not easy to install
We purchased it but we couldn't find any good solution and price to install it. So, we had to return it. If you are handy maybe it can work fine for you.

Great buy for the Price
Only have had this for a little over 2 weeks and it works great, plenty of hot water. Only two people and only need hot water for showers and doing dishes and we don't use the shower and kitchen sink at the same time so I don't know if it can handle both at the same time. I will find out how much I save on my electric bill at the end of this month.

Energy saver!
This product has saved us hundreds of dollars in a few months on our electricity bill. Our water is gravity fed from a natural mountain spring. Temperature adjustment takes a bit to get use to and adjust. Shower are awesome with endless hot water. This is my spring/summer review. We shall see how it performs through winter at -30 C

Good for small house in close proximity to the taps
It is easy to install, level 3 (30 amp) is insufficient in alberta where I am unless you turn cold inlet flow way down that just makes baths impossible and showers just ok on full hot. Gets man hot, most women would find it Luke warm. Shower is good with a high pressure shower head otherwise it sucks on 30 amps. Works great on the sinks. I highly recommend running it at the full 40 amps if you want more flow in alberta. If a person could move it close to the shower it may do better but for me I'll need to upgrade the electrical to 40 amp 8 guage wire or go back to traditional nat gas/tank.

Changed breaker to a 30 , but water still not very hot. OK for washing hands, better than cold water.
