As a long time follower of the author in a way I feel I was involved in the process of making this book.At first glance the book is very catchy starting with name that has a meaning 'it's love made edidable', the yoga pose to the star of the book the recipes!The writing: as you read through the book you feel connected or talking to the author in a way.The infringements: are easily accessible if not all ready present at homeThe recipes are well written. The fact they are short makes them simple & easy for the lazy cook like myselfI felt glossy paper would make the pictures pop moreThis books promotes healthy living made simple and the fact it's written and excited by a Saudi is impressive and makes us proudIf you are expecting a conventional cookbook don't buy it but if you are looking for something different and easy this is your hidden gemHappy reading!

I've actually cooked many of Ibrahim's recipies and all have been extremly delicious and healthy and thats my opinion as well as those who've tried it, therefore, the recipies and the creator of those reciepes are very trustworthy.Reviewing a cookbook should be soley on the merit of the recipies, i doubt the previous reviewer had the time to make any of the recipies for the review to hold any merit since neither the timing nor the review allows for such assumption. Not attacking the paper quality and print!!This "review" is hateful and unconstructive and merits no value. And as a "follower" then they wouldve been privy to the creation of the recipes and the pictures while theyre being taken.This book and the concept of Shaï gourmet is innovative and inspired. I hope that any feedback and/or review be based on the merit of the book and not imagined criticism based on unwaranted hatred

Absolutely garbage

The layout of the book is awful, papers look cheap, its more like a handout than book! Nothing special in the content of it. Waste of money!
