Apart from snorting lines of pre workout in the barracks, this is the fastest way I've gotten caffeine into my bloodstream. It hits quick and still trickles out the stimulant up to an hour later. You can definitely taste a bit of bitterness and even a hint of a numbing sensation. Otherwise it's pretty average for gum in how long the flavor lasts. I'm recommending it based on the effectiveness compared to coffee or energy drinks.

I really want to like this gumThe taste is very bitter, but it’s so much more effective then energy drinks. You might as well get caffeine pills if you don’t like this, but I don’t mind it. It’s certainly not something you’re supposed to chew casually all day, which is why the taste isn’t that big of a deal.

The gum tastes like cinnamon at first, but then tastes pretty awful. However, it helps give me the afternoon boost I need to stay awake. I don’t like all the artificial ingredients in it.

This gum is excellent! We have tried several energy gums, and this one tops them all. It comes with a good amount of gum, instead of only 6 pieces, like some other brands, so it lasts more than a few days. It also doesn't crumble and dissolve in your mouth, like some others. This one lasts for hours of chewing. It provides wonderful energy, perfect for work, meetings, classes, full day conferences, etc. Even when you need to be productive, these help. The flavor is good, there is a slight taste of caffeine at first, but then the flavor comes through good and delicious. Our whole family loves this gum. We have tried both flavors, and we love them all. Please keep making this, we love it. Helped me through many meetings and long days.

It gives you a kick. I'm pretty sensitive to caffeine and this only worked for like 3-4 hours, which wasn't bad but considering the caffeine content, should have been longer. It's will not replace your morning coffee. But the taste is horrendous, bitter and weird. Cinnaomish should have been the flavor name.
