I love these Zwilling’s set of cooking pans … ‘the bee’s knees’ in look & design for me! I particularly appreciate the interior measurement marking, of volume, solid base, rubberised lids and the way one can balance the lid via the handle, using the clever Zwilling design tech!Definitely a good buy and great value for my money :)

Well, this is a very high quality set of pans and shows great innovation and design from the Henckels brand. I have used Henckels pans for several years and found they performed very well; I have no doubt that this set will do just as well, I suspect even better.The pans are made from very heavy duty stainless steel, much thicker than I have seen in many pans, even my existing Henckels. Once heated on the hob, using a gradual heat, they hold the heat well and evenly across their thick bases and without a hot spot in sight.The lids fit very closely and have draining holes on two sides, one finer than the other. So easy to pick up a pan using both hands and drain water or other fluid through the lid without needing to use a colander or sieve. Of course, keeping the lid in place also keeps the contents hot should the need arise to drain a short time before you need to use the contents. The pan lid also allows it to be placed through a handle on one side to be held upright; a handy place to store the lid and avoids those inventive places you find to place a hot lid when you need to, but I worry about scratching the exterior of the pan, so although I will be careful, I may not use that feature,Washing up is best done by hand. It isn’t difficult if you use the pans correctly since nothing sticks. I have handled discolouration by carefully applying a stainless steel cleaner and then wiping with detergent and buffing back to a shine. The instructions state you can use a dishwasher, but I think you would be in danger of dulling that beautiful mirror finish interior if you do and could even impact the more forgiving brushed exterior. I hate hand washing with a passion, but I would hate to damage the finish on these pans by using a dishwasher even more.I really love the pans, although note that they will use quite a lot of cupboard space as you can’t stack them altogether as two of the pans have the same diameter and therefore won’t fit together in the same stack. The lids are also quite bulky due to the design of the handle on the side, but all saucepan lids tend to be so and therefore a rack to store them on their sides would be beneficial to sit alongside your two stacks of pans.They come in a secure box inside a display box, well padded with cardboard, so don’t be worried if the item ships without another box as protection as they should arrive safely. These will make a fantastic engagement, wedding or housewarming gift (see if you can select to have an extra box at checkout to avoid a shipping label spoiling the product box if this is to be gifted). Also a lovely gift to self, maybe to go with a new or refurbished kitchen.

I like the aesthetics of these and the draining function is a great idea. It takes a little practice but the lovely silicone finish is helpful here.I find them slightly difficult to clean. Food, even plain veggies seem to stick.The set in my view should include a steamer. Even worse I cannot find one that matches from Zwilling to purchase separately. Perhaps the manufacturer will help me here ?The price point is high but the quality is good.

Good quality, even heat distribution, cool touch handles, induction hob compatible and easily cleaned.

Really solid pots, good quality, no more spilled water when cooking pasta, rice due to sillicone lids.

Very expensive ( good quality) but my order have some defective and rust .
