All hail the meathead millionaire!
Awesome elbow sleeves. The quality of the material and stitching is excellent and overall appear to be well made. With regards to sizing, I measured a 17 inch bicep and went with the XLs. Yes they are snug and I have to fold them in half to pull up my arm and then unroll them the rest of the way, but that's what I was looking for. I use these for my heavy compound presses (Overhead strict, barbell bench, DB bench, etc) and heavy skwats, and wanted a snug sleeve for the rebound effect and in general the tight locked in feeling. Now with that being said, if I wanted something for general support on all exercises (compound and accessories) I would have gone with an XXL. I have the Rehband camp elbow sleeves in XL and use them solely for general support as they don't have a snug fit. So your needs would dictate your size, in essence. Performance wise they are excellent, providing great support and a nice bounce out of the hole - I haven't attempted a PR in them yet but can tell that they might add a little weight based on how things were moving today. If you're thinking about getting them, just get them.

Tendinitis No More!
I purchased this for extra support while benching near my current 1 rep max on bench and for overhead pressing.I had developed slight tendinitis in one elbow and with adequate warm ups and these on, no pain occurs. Using them strictly for pressing movements only now, and very infrequent as training 4 weeks with them let my elbow bounce back.Note: I would not recommend wearing them beyond 30-45 minutes nor would I recommend their use for bicep movements unless necessary. I found them to be beneficial for pressing movements during brief wear periods and greatly helped me to recover and improve some of my max lifts.Would recommend to anyone. Make sure if you’re on the cusp of any size that you size up, I sized down and am regretting it as there’s not nearly enough give as expected. (19”+ pumped arms is a split and I went down, fortunately they work but are intensely hard to get positioned)

Supportive and fits well
I am currently nursing an injured UCL I sustained during Jiu-Jitsu and only using the left sleeve, but it provides great compression and support. I’d say it is just about as supportive as other brands with metal and other straps in/on them that I have tried. I tried a Don Joy, which fell apart in 2 weeks, and the Rehband Hyper-X. The Rehband is good, but more expensive than this pair of sleeves and has metal and plastic buckles, which makes it less than ideal for Jiu-Jitsu. I also wear this sleeve in the gym and it has helped even out some asymmetric weakness due to the injury. They feel sturdy, but I cannot yet speak to the durability of the product, as I have just started using it. Sizing was spot-on per the size chart. They fit great.

Great quality built product but the sizing is off.
The product is as sturdy and tough as advertised. My only issue with it is the sizing. My arms are 18 inches flexed. This puts me in the XXL according to the size chart on their site. With 0 pump, even after months of use and break in time, I'm convinced the chart is wrong because putting them on is a workout in itself. They provide all the warmth and stability in the world, but I get the same muscle occlusion training effect as RBF training while using them. It's almost counter productive to use them because for the front end of the workout your elbows are supported but the back end pump makes them noticeable and nearly unbearable to wear--and this is working chest, back, and shoulders. Arms take indirect work and it becomes you versus the weight and the product, and history has taught us fighting wars on multiple fronts is bad. Maybe the sizing should be modified to mean post pump flex. I'd try a size up but I'm outside the warranty period as I figured they'd take time to break in, so that's my advice: get them a size bigger than the chart to account for pump.

Worth it
Not going to lie: I wanted some elbow sleeves for bench and military press and picked these up because Brian Shaw endorses them.Easily a great investment. I start getting pain in my right elbow when I go heavy. No pain now. I also shot up on my bench Max from 405 to 430 after having pleateued for over 6 months.Alot of people say the sizing is off and that's kind of true. They do run a bit small. But keep in mind 2 things: 1. They're supposed to be tight. You're wearing these to compact your elbow joints and to have the neoprene sling shot your lift. Just like knee wraps on a squat, the tighter the fit, the more support. 1. After 2 weeks of using these, they stretched out a little and got easier to put on.When it comes to powerlifting equipment, you get what you pay for. I personally think these elbow sleeves are worth the cash.

good product
I love the way these support your elbows, I've been having elbow problems for years, I really didnt know that you should wrap your elbows when lifting heavier weight. I've been doing heavy weight for years and the older I got the more my elbows would hurt when lifting heavy. I had a injury and thought I was done doing heavy weight. A friend of mine told me about these and boy do they make a differance, I'm 45 years old and I never felt this good lifting since my youth. These are totaly worth ever dime they cost...I highly recommend them to anyone that wants to improve on benching without hurting their elbows

Use it for my heavy sets. Yes, it breaks in!
It does its job and has my elbows feeling warm/ pain free with my heavier sets. The sizing was confusing since many comments say it runs small. I bout the XL with arms at 16.5 inches and forearms at 13 inches. Found some videos on youtube on how to put them on easily since it is almost impossible to just slide on. After a few uses they broke in and are easier to get on, but the tightness is required for increased support.
