Bought on advice from a therapist to work on a foot muscle, but also looking at adding to my yoga practice

After some considerable research on the benefits of using a roller between massages I decided to buy a cork peanut roller. My shoulders are constantly tight due to my occupation and when I first used the roller I could really feel how crunchy they were. After a few days of use I experienced fewer knots and bumps. I've now incorporated the peanut roller into my routine and aim to roll my back and shoulders every evening. The ball is great for loosening up shoulder tissue too – though a tennis ball can do the same job. That said, I didn't have one of those so opted to get a ball and peanut roller as a set. Would definitely recommend them both if you have a desk job and/or sit for long periods of time. There are also plenty of exercises online that you can use for the roller and ball should you need guidance /inspiration. I also use the bag they came in to stop them rolling around when not in use.

Great, but I only use the double ball, the quality is good, but the price could be lower or options to buy only 1 piece.

My chiropractor recommended I buy a firm ball to ease out muscle tension between monthly sessions and - since starting yoga online during lockdown I thought this would be a great addition used in conjunction with that. I liked that this pack gave me different objects to use on various muscles. The peanut works magic up and down my spine, (massaging tense muscles either side of the spine safely on a wall standing upright) the cylinder is perfect for under the foot, rolling out plantar fasciits and the ball on smaller areas like the neck and shoulder. I need to work out other ways to work it along the back but so far the product is worthy of the cost, it larger and incredibly firm and substantially heavy. I liked the eco design rather than rubber or plastic alternative and the thick cotton bag to keep my dog from chewing it comes in very handy indeed. Highly recommended!

Great massage balls, bought as a gift. They are heavier than my cork ball I bought elsewhere.
