We have very tough water that leaves hard water stains on everything. This is the only dishwasher detergent I have used that works for us without leaving a residue. I like that it doesn't seem toxic, it feels very natural. I don't love the price, but I am willing to pay a premium for something that actually works.The first bag that I ordered, many of the pods were broken which was messy, but I dealt with it since literally it's the only product I have found that works for us.

Recently moved to area where water is really hard. Our dishes had a thick build up and rough feel. This product removes that grime. Cons for me are that there is white residue left on the dishes and the smell is not great. Not enough to stop using it but I have to wipe each dish before putting it away to remove the white powder residue.

I have been using this product for 2 years, and like the idea of non-toxic cleaning. I didn't open up this package for a while as I had a big package that I wanted to use up first. However, when I did open it to use it, the package I purchased has caused me to want to switch. The package had MANY (I’d say at least 75%) of the pods broken! A whole package of loose powder, so therefore a huge waste, given the cost of these. And, of course, it was past the refund time. The formula must have changed also because there used to be a nice lemon scent and now there is a strong fake lemon smell (maybe due to the packages broken). The dishes also have had a grainy residue, like the powder is not dissolving with grainy particles dried on the dishwasher after drying. I didn’t have this when I used it previously, but I am going to try another product now because of it! i hope the company fixes this, because it could be a good product.
