Pathetic smell
The smell is disgusting. Felt like some phenyl has been filled in the bottle. Also the long tip cap does not fit the bottle. This item is non returnable. I don't know what to do with this. Please help me

Cheap quality bottle causing leak.
It does clean dog ears well but the "long tip cap" or nozzle provided dosen't fit perfectly on the bottle. The liquid always leaks during application and this is very frustrating .

The consistency of the drops is way too thick. It’s ineffective and also makes dogs smell foul with its pungent smell
