weak and expensive
Not good at all. I don't know if it is available at Daiso $1.50 stores in the U.S.A. or not, but it should be. Definitely not worth more than $5 including shipping because it's quite weak. You can find the o2cool at Target (I have also seen it at Staples) for $6. It's about the same size as the o2cool personal neck fan, but the magicool neck fan is weaker, same noise level, and it rattles when you move. I hardly feel any air coming out of the magicool neck fan. The fan blades of the o2cool are also bigger/wider and can push out more air, better air flow.GO BUY AN O2COOL NECK FAN. IT'S 1/2 THE PRICE BUT TWICE AS POWERFUL.

Works for I use it for
This fan does not blow a large amount of air, but it works great for watching tv with the AC turned up to save power. It is quiet and has a high quality Mabuchi motor in it. I have used mine for over a month running for several hours a day on rechargeable batteries and it is still going. It is perfect for I use it for, but I do not think it would be good for outdoor events and so forth. As long it is dependable and energy efficient, I am happy.
