I HIGHLY recommend anyone interested in increasing their overall knowledge and performance in this great sport read this book. Very descriptive and well written. There is soo much packed into this book it truly is a goldmine of information. Great read!

Very poorly written- needs some serious editing for spelling and conventions. The errors are severe enough to distract from the content. There are better resources for water polo than this book.
