A big note, make sure you're reading and buying exactly what it is exactly what you're getting.It serves its purposes and plays by a very high quality yet standard set of rules:First and foremost, this is a plastic phone case/cover that adds a nice smooth yet good feel and traction. This phone is thin, wide and light; without anything extra, the chance to drop your phone or scratching your phone is high.Though it does not have anything extra such as pockets to hold your cards and other quick access items, the case itself is well designed so that you can still use all of the phone's features as intended.You can press and reach for the stylus (with nails), the charger port and speakers are unimpeded, and once you flip the front cover to the back all the way, the cameras remain fully available due to the precise cut out for the front window matching the back camera set up.It has its design choices that can't be circumnavigated:The flip cover of the phone doesn't quite stick down in any orientation and has no latches/magnets for such. I just received the case, but over time, I don't think the cover will break or wear any time soon within the year. That being said, if you drop your phone, the cover may fly open if it's not already open to begin with.Otherwise, if it does it's job. You can probably get a way from a drop without scratching your phone unless it was a catastrophic drop. It won't go anywhere if you leave your phone flat on a table and not using it while in motion: user error.Overall:It's a case that's well thought out, and is minimalist.P.S. Make sure your smart lock is on if you want to lock your phone when you close the cover. It will still take 5 seconds or so due to the setting of your phone and not the case.

Bought this item used to save a bit of money and didn't wanna deal with the risk of getting an item that didn't fit the description as it was described but since I able to return it if I didn't like it I could. Box barely had a dent in the side but other then that the item was flawless as if someone just opened the box and got the wrong item or maybe just didn't like how it was. Phone feels amazing using the strap making it super easy to use with one hand besides you trying to move your finger all the way across of the screen on the opposite side hand using the phone. I don't see it having extra protection like if you were to drop the phone on the face of the screen it most likely probably cracked unless the screens are very durable. I like this case over my old one they had full protection due to being more comfortable in my hand and less bulky and very slim on the phone.

Case is great. Looks absolutely beautiful on the phone and stays surprisingly clean. Seems pretty durable as well. Gives the phone a nice sleek finish and the white case on my black phone has a good contrast. Was a bit disappointed that there is no magnet to help keep the cover closed and it doesn't stay shut really well at all unless laying flat on its back but a small detail and does not take away from the greatness of the case. Nice job Samsung.

This is a nice case and I love how you can put your hand through the slot for better grip. Very thin and lightweight.

Within months of using it broke with normal use

I love this case! I can use features without opening the case...very convenient. The white is always nice and can be easily cleaned.

I love, love, LOVE this case!! It is is smooth, slim designed (not bulky), feels very durable and fits in my holder in my car and in my back pocket perfectly. Most of all, I LOVE the window! Not only does it show the date, time and battery %, it shows notifications and reminders. And it does out of the box. I didn't have to change anything in settings or layout to make it happen.My ONLY negative would be that I wish it would also show the current temp/weather. It might me an option somewhere, I haven't looked. Not a deal breaker, just a "wish".

Samsung should flat out be ashamed of themselves for creating such a terrible, over-priced piece of plastic that they call a phone case for their flagship phone which also happens to be the most expensive mobile device on the market. It's literally plastic and it doesn't even align over the phone when the lid is closed. The lid doesn't maintain a fully closed or fully open position, it just does what it wants. Again, it's plastic, and it feels incredibly cheap. The case also does not even work as advertised. The website claims you can perform all sorts of actions (like answer calls) with the lid closed but that just doesn't work. Notifications only appear as a single orange dot and no app icons appear unlike how they did with the S-View cover for the Galaxy S20. Speaking of which, the S20 S-View cover was way more useful as it fully protected the screen, showed an entire strip down the side for easier notification read-out and was made of a woven material that made it feel like it was worth $40. Again, Samsung didn't even try with this case. Completely awful. This single product has demonstrated to me that Samsung is out of touch with their customers and it's making me feel buyer's remorse for purchasing the S22 Ultra. I will have to consider switching away from Samsung when it comes time to upgrade away from this phone. I do not feel like a valued customer.
