This olive oil is one of the best tasting ones I've had, and I appreciate the high polyphenol count. The pouring spout is exceptional - zero drip and low flow rate for using as a dressing. Definitely will buy this again, and maybe try the higher end gold version of this too.

Love the pungency, bitterness, slight fruity nuance. I’ve been sipping higher grade extra virgin olive oil (1-2 tablespoons) every morning for the past year or so. This has become an instant favorite. (1 tablespoon recommended b/c of high polyphenol content)

Does have a peppery finish. Flavor is good but not great. I have had better. Not a bad purchase but probably won’t buy again.

After looking for the best all around EVOO for over a year, I came across this. The polyphenol count was astonishing and the taste was refreshing. I turn 75 this year and was determined to lower my weight (at the time of my first purchase, I weighed 175), and I wanted to walk 3 miles per day. Of course eating common sense was important too. Every morning, I have taken 3 tablespoons of PJ Kabos EVOO two hours before breakfast. As of this writing, I’m 158 lbs. and have never felt better. Even my skin is softer and blemishes have vanished.I also cook this this oil, especially baked chicken and salmon. I believe in the low and slow baking method. Usually 325 degrees. This oil absolutely makes everything taste better with no exception.To say I would recommend this would be an understatement.The date of harvest is clearly marked on the bottle and it comes in a very beautiful, hardened glass bottle with an extremely tight corked bottle. I hate to discard the bottles because they are so ornate.All in all, in my nonprofessional opinion, you won’t find a better Extra Virgin Olive Oil.I hope you will read this review and try it. You won’t be disappointed.

The bottle arrived intact, good condition and on time. The olive oil has good consistency and color. It has a bitter finishing taste. I like bitter but not from olive oil.The owner contacted me and shared that there varieties of the olive oil were less bitter and more mellow - fruity. They shared that the bitterness is from the very high phenols. It was fantastic to get the email and information. I highly recommend this company and perhaps more research if on their website would have guided me to a more taste compatible selection. Thank you!
