Statorade Electric Bike Hub Motor Cooling Ferrofluid (10 Ml)

Used it on a 5000W and 3000W ebike rear hub motor. Works very well.

This ferrojuice is the business! It’s absolutely essential for any hub motor. I noticed a significant temp drop during long rides and I can tell the motor is happy. Purchase a tube of clear silicon caulk to seal up circumference of motor casing on both sides to ensure this magic fluid doesnt leak out!

Before application I would get about 30- 45 sec run time before the thermal protection shut off the motor. After adding less than a quarter tube, I get about 3-4 minutes solid run time! The motor is not enclosed, the fluid stays in place anyway, this stuff is amazing!!

The package was open on both ends and the tip must have fallen out. Wasn't in the mailed plastic bag either. Kind of a pain to apply without the tip but managable.

Diy ebike I built, 84v fully charged, running 45 amps so almost 3800w. On longer full throttle rides or up significant hills the rear hub would get pretty hot. Ordered this and no longer needed to worry about slowing down to let hub cool. Overall very satisfied with results. Hub still gets warm but not hot like before.

Works as expected it was easy to install watch video on grin technologies, it's a must to keep motor cool.

My scooter was limited to 13mph originally. I slapped a Flipsky VESC 75200 pro V2 on IT and I hit 40 before overheating. I added 6ml of Statorade between the stator’s and the magnet’s and now I’m going 63mph with no heat issues at all! This is a must for every hub motor and Grin Technologies makes a lot of other amazing products too.

Bought this to try on my electric hub motor on my e-bike. Significant difference in temperature. It is running at acceptable temperatures compared to when I had nothing in it where I burned up my previous motor.
