Some improvements - always advise research
Have found MSM in the past to be helpful with joint aches etc. So that is the predominant usage here. This hasn't proven to be quite so effective as a previous supplement - but then the times are different etc, so you can never say for certain if it's less effective or purely situational. In terms of price, it's perhaps a little high? It is though, a full two months' worth of supplementation. That said - it has proven efficacious to a minor degree - so the review is as many will be for supplementation, very subjective. If you are considering taking it - please do your research, I would always recommend beginning at places like WebMD to broaden your understanding of a supplement, potential contraindications and side effects, as well as benefits so that you can weigh up a decision appropriately.Four Stars for what seems like a good supplement of this nature.I hope you found this review helpful.⭐⭐⭐⭐👍

Good quality
These are a little easier to swallow than the pressed pills I was taking before. I’m a long term msm user I’ve the popped pros and cons belowConsSmelly gas: you have to build up tolerance slowly, start with one capsule with a vitamin c sourceHeadaches: you have to drink at least 1.5 litres of water or you may get the worst headaches, only lasts a couple of days until body gets used to it.Needing to pee: Do not take this right before heading out, you need at least an hour or you’ll be looking for a bathroom.Insomnia: Try to avoid taking up to an hour before bed, it gives your mind an energy boost.ProsSofter smoother skin: I went from adult acne that I’d catch people staring at, to getting compliments about how radiant and glowy my skin is. Educating myself on nutrition and skincare also helped.Longer hair, length retention: Softer silkier and thicker new growth.Weight loss: At first your appetite increases, then the binge cravings stop. I lost 5lbs (probably water weight from all the bathroom trips)Muscle recovery: i also take nac, magnesium and have found this trio reduces post workout aches n pains.Increased energy and motivation: Getting up in the morning feels easier. So does doing the hard things I’ve been procrastinating on.Vivid dreams: it feels like I’m more in tune with my subconscious, write those dreams down or look them up. It’s very trippy how intuitive and perceptive we are. The answers you seek you may find within.

Life is full of maybes. So is this
Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM) is an organosulfur compound and is also known by several other names including methyl sulfone and dimethyl sulfone. This colourless solid features the sulfonyl functional group and is the simplest of the sulfones. It is considered relatively inert chemically and is able to resist decomposition at elevated temperatures. It occurs naturally in some primitive plants, is present in small amounts in many foods and beverages, and is marketed as a dietary supplement. It is sometimes used as a cutting agent for illicitly manufactured methamphetamine! It is also commonly found in the atmosphere above marine areas, where it is used as a carbon source by the airborne bacteria Afipia. Oxidation of dimethyl sulfoxide produces the sulfone, both under laboratory conditions and metabolically. So: Is it good for you?Well, no medical uses for MSM have been approved, and while a variety of health benefits have been claimed there is still little in the way of scientific supporting evidence. Yet again, this is a food supplement that *might* have health benefits, that *may* help to reduce certain ailments, and *could* prevent some conditions getting worse. You really need to understand that the multi-billion ££ world of food supplements is, in effect, a religion. You believe in it, or you don't.Small-scale studies of possible treatments with MSM have been conducted on both animals and humans. These studies of MSM have *suggested* some benefits, particularly for treatment of oxidative stress and osteoarthritis, but evidence for other uses is lacking.I chose this product because I need to reduce the cholesterol levels in my body. A small 2021 Randomized Controlled Trial on cardiometabolic markers found *a possible relationship* between a daily dose of 3 g of MSM and High-density lipoprotein (HDL) levels on overweight and obese people. The MSM group demonstrated higher HDL levels after 16 weeks when compared to the baseline and also versus the placebo group at 16 weeks. Other markers (inflammation, fasting glucose, resting heart rate, etc.) showed *no significant changes* between baseline and 16 weeks on either the placebo or the MSM groups with the exception of C-reactive protein levels, which were higher on the placebo group than on the MSM group at baseline and continued to increase up to the 16 weeks mark while showing a very slight decrease on the MSM group. However, the authors state they cannot explain why CRP levels were higher on the placebo group nor whether MSM may play a stabilizing role on CRP. The authors also state *more and larger studies are required* to establish the relationship between MSM and cholesterol reduction. So (yet again), there you have it. This is a harmless capsule that could/might/may be good for you, but no-one has yet been able to prove beyond doubt that it actually is. I've been taking this product pretty much every day for over a month and I've not noticed any changes at all.You pays your money and takes your choice, as they say.

Effective and cheap
This supplement recommends one capsule per day, for a dosage of 600mg per day at a cost of just 20 pence. That's a clinically relevant dosage that will help to improve joint health for just pennies, however, the dosage of msm can go up to 2000mg and is generally more effective at those doses, so this supplement could certainly suggest a much higher dosage.Using theses for a few weeks is helping to maintain and improve my able joints which I have been to physiotherapy for, but it is a bit too early to say it they are really having a significant impact on my joint health. You really can't go wrong with these at this price, so I can highly recommend them for anyone who needs to maintain their joints on a budget.
