First comment, I am a carb addict, so I love pasta! When I first tried La Moderna Pasta I was hooked!For starters, it's a great value! At about 50 cents a bag, it's priced right (the bags are approximately 1/2 the size of the next size up)! This size if perfect for a small meal for a single person, possibly two depending on what you are making. And it cooks very quickly! This may be related to the smaller serving size, although I'm not certain why.So it cooks quickly, tastes great and is an exceptional value! Can't ask for more than that!

Kids love it and they cook easy. Doesn't taste as great as the other big brands that cost 3x or 4x as much but they're fine. The kids like the shell shape and that's the most important thing.

I love the size & texture of these. I cooked mine for around 6-7 minutes. I kept it simple and added pesto, Parmesan cheese, and a touch of EVOO as a finish. The price is unbeatable, would order again.

What a great substitution for ditalani. These are nice and small will go beautifully in a soup where you don't want a big noodle. Haven't used them yet but they're made of Durham wheat so I have every assurance that they'll be wonderful macaroni.

Good taste, good value. They are my go to noodles for chicken soup.
