I am editing my prior rating of one star up to three stars. The manufacturer replaced the previous tracker with a new one. I've had this for about 6-8 months. about once a week, everything went back to zero on the screen and I would have to link it with my cell phone again. Right now the bluetooth part doesn't work anymore, so the hour/min is off sync and it lost its purpose. My son plays with it now. Also, every time I'd play the piano wit my watch on, every move would count as a step, which is not accurate. If it weren't for the once a week or so when the whole watch went back to zero, it did help with keeping track of steps and calories. Just not sure how accurate, but it helped to get me up and moving. It had a few nice features. You get what you pay for. My next would have to be a real fitbit.

4 star product, 5 star company. I Really liked the watch. Simple, practical information. But the feature I liked the least led to my loss of the watch.....the standard snap wristband. It would routinely come loose, as it required a fair amount of pressure to engage the snaps. Pressing against skin doesn't provide a solid surface to guarantee good engagement of the "snaps". It's so light weight I didn't even notice it was gone. So my advice....its a good little product to help you with your step counting and sleep information, but upgrade to a latch style of wristband.Updated to 4 star March 9, 2018. Communication by this company has been better than expected and they were proactive to correct the situation for me and resolved it to my liking. Impressive, actually, in today's e-commerce arena. Works great! When it died for the first time(1 week) I couldn't get it to charge. Turns out I had plugged the usb portion in on the wrong side. All is well with the world now!

Super Awesome Product! I had technical difficulties with the 1st one I ordered; it wouldn't charge. But the company was super nice and sent me a replacement so quickly. The device tracks your steps, distance, calories, and even sleep! And it holds a really long charge. I charge it once a week which super convenient for busy people. Both ends of the bracelet come off and you simply plug the metal end directly into a usb charger. It does everything you need for $20 - You can't beat that!

Not so great. I ordered another brand and I like it so much more. This does not do heart rate or sleep pattern. I did pay the same price.

I got this product to gauge how active I was in a day, and try to encourage myself to get moving a little more. I wasn't expecting all these functions, but it has turned out to be way more helpful. The silent alarm is wonderful so I don't wake up my roommates in the morning, and I love that it can track my activity throughout the week!

When I pulled this out of the envelope, it looked very similar to other no-name, generic fitness trackers ordered from overseas. One pro was that the usb charging side was labeled on the back of faceplate (posted picture to clarify what I mean). The other trackers made it where i would releatedly have to take off each side because i couldn't remember ...very annoying. One thing i am not too excited about is the wrist latch which i also have pictured. I predict that overtime the holes will become worn and loose, causing it to no longer stay latched and fall off your wrist. I guess only time will tell.
