I have always been a HUGE fan of cold brew and Sleepy Owl is the OG of at-home\DIY Cold Brew packs. The product is very easy to use. However, each pack only gives you 500ml of cold brew which is barely 2 glasses. That was a bit disappointing. The aroma of coffee coming from the box the minute you open it is amazing. It is a very robust flavour and the aroma after brewing is heavenly. The pack of cold brew once steeped for 24 hours is very fragile and difficult to remove from the glass jar (mine burst right open and I had to double-strain it to remove the coffee grinds). If you like a strong flavour go for it!

I was a bit sceptical about flavours in coffee before ordering, but once I experienced it myself, all my doubts are gone. This is my new go to coffee now. Tastes amazing, easy to prepare. Would totally recommend getting the assorted box to figure out the most interesting flavour so that it's easy to order next time.

TL;DR- ARRIVED LATE, BANGED UP BOX, NO TASTE, SHARP SMELL(not in a good way), BITTER AFTERTASTE, UNTRUE MARKETING.Get locally sourced coffee from a good local brand, try other brands. Dont get this one.I mean you see the stars, you read the marketing, you see the made in India and you think ah lets give it a shot. Whats the harm, looks easy to use.So you do give it a shot. Amazon says package will arrive the next day, it arrives a day after that. Ok, no issues, this IS india afterall.You open the outer amazon box and the actual product box is all banged up, torn in some places. Ok happens,So you ignore all that. Open the box take out a packet open it, take the coffee sachet, measure out 500 mils of water EXACTLY with a measuring cup, put them both in a jug as the directions say and wait for a day.Day later you pour some out, and its smelling good. GREAT SUCCESS. But wait. Without adding anything you put some to your lips and what's that. No taste.Yes dear reader thats right. This does not taste of anything. Not of coffee, not of french vanilla.(tbf i havent tried other flavours), the only thing this coffee does. The ONLY thing. Is it leaves a very bitter after taste in the back of your mouth. No amount of watering it down, adding milk or sugar changes that. You would hope coffee would atleast taste of coffee. Not this one. And that bitter after taste doesn't go away.So yeah, pass on this. You can do better.
