You have to put it together but comes with no directions, not even pictures on the box. I had to come back to Amazon to look at the photo. Looks simple but isn't....

A past reviewer was right...this set does not come with directions. However, all the screws and washers are the same size and it doesn't take a rocket scientist to line up the holes and insert a screw. Getting up in the corners to tighten scraped up my knuckles a bit, but no biggie. The cushions are thick/comfy and the seats are sturdy Exactly as the pic shows! All in all, i recommend this patio set.
