Fantastic supplement, good quality. Annoyingly I keep finding brands I like and then they discontinue doing mct supplements shortly after me buying from them, a shame because I was happy to continue purchasing from this brand.

I've been taking MCT oil for over a year now as part of a keto plan. I was diagnosed pre-diabetic (Type 2). These excellent softgels (90 in total) from Alpha Zero One containing 1000mg MCT Oil - Medium Chain Triglycerides - can be swallowed or chewed. The contents of each capsule is made from coconuts and is a great source of C8 + C10. Not vegan as shell is derived from bovine gelatine. Made in the UK. Good value for money.

Sometimes I need a bit of MCT for a meal plan, and these provide that without actually adding to the food to be eaten. They make it easy to get a measure portion that is easy to swallow without having to have you taste the MCT. They've earned a nice place in my supplement routine.
