LEGOElves Breakout from The Goblin King's Fortress 41188 Building Kit (695 Piece)

My 7 year old loved this set. It’s a great size and the working parts were fun for her. She needed help in a couple places but mostly built it herself.

My daughter loves the Lego elves and this is a great addition to the collection. Building instructions are easy to follow and unlike some of the other medium size sets we have this one has a sturdy base that helps keep pieces from falling off during play

My son loves Legos. Seem like most Lego sets are meant for boys. His younger sister likes Lego as well, but the choices are so limited. Mostly some really, really girly sets. I'm glad I found this series. It's good for girls and cool at the same time.

My daughter (now 6.5) loves the Lego Elves line of toys, mostly for the dragons, but also for the variety of minifigs. I enjoy constructing the buildings with her, although this activity is of less interest to her than playing with the completed toys. She has been looking forward to the goblin king castle for a while, to add to her nearly complete Elves collection. Like the other Elves buildings, a lot of the pieces in this set are decorative, rather than structural (branches, gems, flowers, cups and bottles, etc.). A lot of these pieces (and, for that matter, many of the castle pieces) fall off with only slightly rough play - thankfully, my daughter's favorite Lego activity is managerially rebuilding sets (i.e., supervising me as I rebuild them), so this is not a "con" from her perspective.

Lego Elves is the best Lego series. The set doesn't disappoint. My 7 year old daughter assembled it herself. Very fun and detailed set.

I got this for my 10 year old neice and she loves it. It took her about 2 1/2 hours to put together. All the little elves and goblins are pretty cool.

Lots of tiny pieces which makes a challenge. Great family fun.

Much loved gift for our 8 year old granddaughter. She spends Christmas afternoon assembling the various castles and houses, and then they become favorites throughout the years.
